Solitaire Club Sdn Bhd and its group of subsidiaries and related companies (collectively “we” or “us” or “our”) are currently undertaking an exercise to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”), which had come into force on 15th November 2013.
The Notice attached herewith is sent to you in the English Language and Bahasa Malaysia and it contains, among others, the purposes for which your personal data collected by us may be used.
As you have previously provided your personal data to us and have been receiving various information from us from time to time, we trust that you are agreeable for us to continue doing so. - This Personal Data Notice is issued to all our existing, prospective customers and data subjects pursuant to the coming into force of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 on 15th November 2013.
