TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

These Terms and Conditions for Online Purchases (the “Terms”) apply to all purchases made on www.solitaireclub.com.my (the “Site”) from Solitaire Club Sdn Bhd (“Solitaire Club”). By making a purchase on the Site, you agree to these Terms.

EXCHANGES& SHIPPING

Our Return Policy and our Shipping Policy apply to all purchases made on the Site and are incorporated by reference in these Terms.

SOLITAIRE CLUB EXCHANGE POLICY

To help you enjoy shopping with Solitaire Club, we have aExchange Policy. If you do not like the products that you order, we are pleased to offer seven-day exchange policy for items in their “Good Condition”.

We gladly accept exchange for any Solitaire Club ring(s) within 7 days upon receiving. Orders must be in “Good Condition”. We offer exchange service if the items in following conditions. (*Except Non-refundable & Non-exchangeable items)

  1. Products must in “Good Condition” with no damaged in any way.
  2. To exchange a product, the product must be available to purchase on Solitaire Club and its price must be higher or equal to the original order amount.
  3. The customer will have to pay the difference in price if s/he selects a product of a higher price.

Please note that some items cannot be returned due to their product nature. These ‘Excluded Items’ include:

  1. All engraved diamond ring(s) cannot be returned or refunded

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (NRD)

All of our items require a non-refundable deposit (NRD) to be able to reserve your order for an item.

  1. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (NRD) can be only be replaced with other Solitaire Club product.
  2. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (NRD) cannot be transferred to third party.
